A COACHING SYSTEM is a structured and repeatable coaching framework providing coaches with consistent coaching procedures and checkpoints to coach towards.
All beginning and developing players must be taught certain principles and techniques that are essential to allow more complex skills to be developed.
Experience has shown me there is a proper skill building sequence for teaching these principles and techniques.
The only way to ensure that players are shown the ESSENTIAL SKILLS in the proper skill building sequence is to use a COACHING SYSTEM.
